Warranty Returns

If you experience problems with your Sonos products, please contact us for assistance in diagnosing and resolving the problem. In the event that we cannot correct the problem over the phone or at our office, you may be entitled to a replacement product under the terms of Sonos' Limited Warranty. Be aware that replacement products from Sonos may include refurbished Sonos products that have been recertified to conform with the product's specifications. The Sonos' Limited Warranty is provided by the manufacturer and not Siliconetix Corporation and is subject entirely to their terms and conditions. The current Sonos Limited Warranty period is 1 Year from the date of the original shipment. A copy of the complete Sonos Limited Warranty and applicable exclusions should be included with all Sonos products for your review and records.
